All products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing before your order ships.

During holidays, sales events, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed, estimated shipping times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: Shipping times vary by destination

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Kandi Kreations is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right.
